All sales are final except if there is damage caused by shipping then it will be replaced at no extra charge. All my products will be shipped USPS with tracking on them. My name is my business which means I will deliver what ever you order from me within five days of your order. If after five days you did not recieve your order or an email saying it is on the way email me again or call me at 303-905-5790 ask for "G". If you order from me you will get what you ordered because my nine years in business is at stake. I have built up a good reputation in the awards business that I will not put at risk for any reason.
